DESCRIPTION:Event Details\nDate: Thursday\, November 13\, 2025\nTime: 3:00 – 5:00 PM\nLocation: TUC Great Hall\, University of Cincinnati\nDuring the event\, each participating group will prepare and serve a traditional dish from their country or culture for others to sample.\n\n‍ Important Information\n\n\nYou will need to prepare enough food for at least 500 people to have a small tasting portion.\n\n\nUC International will reimburse up to $400 to help cover part of the food cost\, but please keep in mind that this will not cover all expenses\, as you’ll need a large quantity of food.\n\n\nFood should already be prepared and ready to serve when brought to the event.\n\n\nNo drinks are allowed to be served at the event (per TUC catering policy).\n\n\nPlates\, napkins\, and utensils will be provided by UC International.\n\n\n\n Schedule and Commitment\n\n\nParticipants will be excused from afternoon classes on November 13\, since you will be helping to set up and represent ELS during the event.\n\n\nYou will need to arrive at 2:00 PM at the Great Hall for setup and instructions.\n\n\nA mandatory meeting will be held on Tuesday\, November 4\, to go over the details\, assign tasks\, and confirm what each group will prepare
