Dr Bowles has worked extensively across universities in Queensland\, New South Wales\, and London\, and has taught at a wide range of respected institutions including UQ\, QUT\, Griffith University\, ACU\, UniSQ\, UNSW\, UON\, UniSyd\, and RMIT. \nDr Bowles is a highly experienced and multi-disciplinary lecturer who has delivered both undergraduate and postgraduate courses across areas such as Human Resources\, Organisational Behaviour\, Employee Relations\, Human Resource Development\, International Business\, Management\, and Marketing since 2001. \nFollowing her return from her role as Senior Lecturer at the University of Greenwich in London\, Dr Bowles completed her PhD in Student Engagement in Online Learning in Higher Education. She is also published in leading Higher Education journals\, including Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education and Higher Education Research and Development. Her professional and research background gives her a strong passion for teaching\, particularly in online learning environments. \nIn addition to her academic achievements\, Dr Bowles brings valuable industry experience\, having worked for nearly a decade in Human Resources and more recently through her own consultancy supporting small to medium businesses across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
