Begin the new session with four hours that will be good for both your body and your mind. In this workshop you will use your conversation skills to talk about health and wellness, build your vocabulary for body parts and movements, and improve your listening skills by following directions for the yoga postures. Wear comfortable clothes and make sure you have some room to move. Together we will have an educational, energizing, and relaxing time.
