Deep Cove is both the name of the little bay next to the town and the neighborhood in the easternmost section of the District of North Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. Locals refer to it as “The Cove” in a friendly manner. Deep Cove, which is at the base of Mount Seymour, looks directly east and has Indian Arm, a tributary of the Burrard Inlet, as its front yard. The Tsleil-Waututh and Squamish Nations are the original inhabitants of the region. Downtown Vancouver is located 13 kilometers (8.1 miles) from Deep Cove.
