WHAT IS MICROSOFT 365?

Many of your courses, online activities, and events at ILSC & Greystone College will use Microsoft 365 tools.

ILSC & Greystone College provide Microsoft 365 at no cost for all students.

This page has you covered with videos and tips to get communicating, collaborating on documents, spreadsheets and presentations, and creating multimedia content quickly.

Please note: if you already have your own Microsoft account, we recommend using a private or incognito browser window to activate and access your new school account.

Outlook

After you activate your account, check out your new Outlook account in the webapp, (you can even add it to your phone, tablet or iPad mail app)

OneDrive

Take advantage of 1TB (terabyte) of storage in your OneDrive account. 

Microsoft 365 Apps

Install the suite of Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, on up to 5 devices

MS Teams

Use the Teams app to join online classes, and communicate with your teachers and other students.

How to sign up

  1. Go to https://office.com and login using your ILSC Education email address.
  2. Your ILSC Education email address = campus code + student ID number + @ilsceducation.com
  3. Password is Welcome followed by your birthday in the format of year (yyyy), month (mm), and day (dd).
    Example: Welcome19950801
  4. Once you have signed up, login to portal.office.com with your ILSC or Greystone College credentials.
