Student Voice at ELS, ILSC & Greystone College

ELS, ILSC and Greystone College use a powerful survey tool to hear your feedback on a range of matters, such as how your First Week went, how your session went with your teacher, instructor or trainer, and how your overall experience was with the school.

These surveys are sent to your personal email at specific times during your study experience. Please take the time to complete them, as the information you provide helps us to better understand your experience and your needs. Our objective is to continuously improve so you can reach your study goals.

First Week Surveys

For all ILSC and Greystone College Canada students, sent to your email on Thursday 6pm of your first week of study.

For ELS students, sent to your email on Friday 7am of your first week of study.

For Greystone College Australia, sent to your email on Saturday at 3pm of your first week.

Look for an email from your campus with the subject ‘Your Feedback Matters‘.

Learner Feedback Surveys

About your class, teacher, instructor or trainer. Sent to your email on the last week of your session, unit or course. 

Look for an email from your campus with the subject ‘Your Feedback Matters‘.

Last Week Surveys

For ILSC and Greystone College students: sent to your email on Tuesday 6pm of your final week of study.

For ELS students: sent to your email on Wednesday 8am of your final week of study.

For Greystone College Canada students studying Co-Op, you will receive one survey when you finish your studies and another when you complete your Placement.

Look for an email from your campus with the subject ‘Your Feedback Matters‘.

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Do you have Gmail? Check if the app has grouped your emails together.
    • Check that the school has your correct email address. You can update your email in the myELS, myILSC or myGreystone app.
