When it’s time for your Orientation, find your Teams link here… Activate your digital access first.
1. Complete your Digital Access
Go to the New Student Welcome Page and complete the 3 Steps then check out your Student Portal.
Remember, you can check your timetable on your LOA (letter of acceptance) and on your first day, see your class times and classrooms on the myGreystone app.
2. Provide your required documents
- study permit
- work permit
- copy of your passport
- proof of health insurance (Vancouver and Toronto)
- CAQ (Montreal only)
Email them to the Student Advisors at your campus using the email addresses in Step 3 or bring them on your first day of class. You cannot start class without these documents.
3. Sign your student contract

You will receive an email to sign your contract digitally. Contact the student advisor at your campus for more information.
