When: Tuesday before Start Date at 10:30am and 5pm (Pacific Time). You can attend the orientation at the time that you prefer. Look below to see the session times for the next orientation in your own time zone.
When it’s time for your Orientation, find your Teams link here or in your Welcome Email… Activate your digital access first.
When is the next Orientation Session? Please attend a session one week before your Start Date.
1. Complete your Digital Access
Go to the Digital Access Setup Guide and complete the 3 Steps then check out your Student Portal.
Remember, you can check your timetable on your LOA (letter of acceptance) and on your first day, see your class times and classrooms on the myGreystone app.
2. Provide your required documents
- study permit
- work permit
- copy of your passport
- proof of health insurance (Vancouver and Toronto)
- CAQ (Montreal only)
Email them to the Student Advisors at your campus using the email addresses in Step 3 or bring them on your first day of class. You cannot start class without these documents.
3. Sign your student contract

You will receive an email to sign your contract digitally. Contact the student advisor at your campus for more information.

4. CHECK THE READY FOR CLASS LIST
Go to the Ready for Class page, filter for your campus and check what pre-arrival tasks you need to complete.
