ILSC Hello – Orientation

Orientation Sessions

ILSC Hello holds 2 live online Orientations every 4 weeks for students who start in Week 1. If you are starting any other week of the session, you should watch the Orientation Video below.

You can see when the next live orientation session will be held below. Please join the orientation that is correct for the Schedule you will study. You will find your Schedule on your LOA.

If your Start Date is Week 2, 3 or 4, watch the Orientation Video before you start.

If you are studying in Schedule 1 (Canada time zone), join the Schedule 1 Orientation Session. 

If you are studying in Schedule 2 (Australian time zone) join the Schedule 2 Orientation Session.

Monday 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (EST, UTC-5)

Add 1 hour to your Local Time if your time zone is in Daylight Savings

Monday 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (AEST, UTC+10)

Add 1 hour to your Local Time if your time zone is in Daylight Savings

ILSC Allo holds a live online Orientation every 4 weeks for students who start in Week 1. If you are starting any other week of the session, you should watch the Orientation Video that you will receive in your Orientation email.

Pre-Arrival Tasks

1. Complete your digital access

Go to the Student Setup Guide and complete the 3 Steps then continue with the e-Forms in the app.

2. Complete your English Level Test

You will receive an email invitation to the ILSC English Placement Test. Complete the test as soon as you can so we can help plan your studies.

3. Complete your e-Forms in the myilsc app

Go to the Arrival Guide in the app and complete the First Day Forms (Student Orientation Day Forms and the Waiver) in the First Day Orientation section.

4. Read the Student Academic Guide

Complete your digital access and read the academic guide to help you have a successful study experience.

You cannot complete the e-Forms if you do not activate your digital access. If you do not have your digital access information, go to the New Students Digital Access Setup Guide or contact Tech Support
