In this lesson, students improve their English through simple speaking activities, useful vocabulary, and guided discussions, while also enjoying gentle yoga movements and stretching. The class is designed to help learners build confidence in English in a calm, positive, and interactive atmosphere. It is a great way to practice communication skills, reduce stress, and stay active at the same time.
We will have a locker room and bathrooms available, bring comfortable clothes.
