Take a break from classes and enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the Toronto Islands! Join fellow ILSC students for a fun picnic surrounded by beautiful waterfront views, green spaces, and Toronto’s iconic skyline.
Whether you come to relax, socialize, explore the island, or simply enjoy the sunshine, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with friends from around the world and make unforgettable memories.

Meeting Location: ILSC Toronto Campus – 3rd Floor
Cost: Adult round-trip ferry ticket: $9.57
Discounted round-trip fares are available for youth ages 15–19 with valid ID ($6.15). Prices are subject to change. Tickets can be purchased in advance through the City of Toronto Ferry Tickets website.
What to Bring:
- Payment or a pre-purchased ticket for the ferry
- A blanket or picnic mat (optional)
- Water bottle
- Your favourite snacks or lunch
- Comfortable clothing and walking shoes
- Sunscreen and weather-appropriate clothing
